Fitbit’s latest health and fitness tracker, Charge 4 spoils you with more new features like built-in GPS, Workout Intensity Map, Active Zone Minutes, Sleep Tools, Spotify, Fitbit Pay, and other easily access essential applications.
Like its predecessor, this new fitness tracker has a sleek and customisable design including the grayscale touchscreen. Charge 4 is Fitbit’s first tracker with built-in GPS to provide you with real-time information on your pace and distance on runs, hike, walks, and bike rides. There are 7 GPS-enabled modes to choose from, including a new Outdoor Workout mode for any outdoor activities.
A new workout intensity map in the Fitbit app provides you a detailed breakdown of your different heart zones during your workout. After completing a GPS-enabled workout, sync your device to see a GPS-powered heat map in the app, to help you visualize and improve how you are performing against different terrain.
If you’re an athletic person who wants to increase your goal, Charge 4 is the first Fitbit device with Active Zone Minutes, a new metric that is calculated using your age and resting heart rate to provide you with a more personalized measurement of how hard you worked during any energizing activity, beyond just steps. You can get real-time alerts on your wrist each time you change zones so you can push harder or scale back to make your workouts more efficient.
If you are a long-distance sportsperson, Charge 4’s battery lasts up to seven days, or up to five hours while using GPS. It is also comfortable to wear throughout the day and doesn’t chafe when sweating. This fitness tracker tracks over 20 different activities, from cycling to yoga. You can also set it to track your runs automatically, and set goals for things like pace, distance or calories burned before you start each activity.
Don’t we all love the music as our workout companion? With Charge 4, you can control Spotify with easy-to-access music controls that let you choose the music output, play, shuffle and skip content, and like songs right from the wrist.
It comes to the end of the day, and about time to doze off! Our Fitbit’s most favourite feature is its sleep tools which help understand and improve your sleep with our advanced sleep tools. Sleep score also provides daily insight into your sleep quality based on heart rate, restlessness, time awake and sleep stages. It can be viewed in the Fitbit app or directly on your wrist in the on-screen dashboard.
