SLM Bicycle has officially appointed Malaysian cycling legend Dato’ Azizulhasni Awang, famously known as “The Pocket Rocketman”, as the Brand Ambassador for Trek Bicycle Malaysia.
The partnership reflects SLM Bicycle’s commitment to strengthening Trek’s presence in the local cycling scene, supporting community rides and cycling initiatives, and promoting road safety and responsible cycling practices.
Through this collaboration, Dato’ Azizulhasni hopes to take a more active role in road cycling activities and connect with local cycling communities across Malaysia. He also aims to use his experience, influence and journey as an established Malaysian cycling icon to inspire more Malaysians, particularly the younger generation, to take up cycling.
Beyond brand representation, the partnership seeks to build stronger connections within the cycling community and inspire the next generation of cyclists through the involvement of one of Malaysia’s most celebrated sporting figures.
