Yesterday at the Singapore Open Track And Field Championships 2023, Malaysia dominated the men’s 5,000m with a remarkable 1-2-3 finish.
Poo Vasanthan secured the gold medal with an impressive time of 15:05.54s, while Malaysia Games champion Ikbolasen Kamal Hussain came in second with a time of 15:07.22, followed by Daren James Nair in third place with a time of 15:17.93.
It is a great accomplishment and is definitely a good start for them as they prepare for the Cambodia SEA Games which will take place in May.
