Putrajaya was buzzed as thousands of Malaysians gathered to celebrate the much-anticipated return of MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day 2025.

Over 23,000 runners, joined by 13,000 friends and families of all ages, participated in the action-packed day, brimming with energising activities and highlighted by the iconic MILO® Breakfast Run.

This year’s event held special significance as MILO® marked its 75th anniversary in Malaysia, a milestone that reflects its enduring mission to fuel the nation’s energy and ambitions.

From grassroots sports programs to promoting healthier lifestyles, MILO® remains a trusted partner in nourishing Malaysians and championing their sporting journeys.

Since its inception in 2013, MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day has brought together more than half a million Malaysians, championing the importance of starting the day with a nutritious breakfast and embracing positive, healthy lifestyles.

The day’s centerpiece, the MILO® Breakfast Run, offered participants a 3km or 7.5km route, followed by an array of energising activities.

From Zumba Fitness and Strong Nation workout sessions to nutrition consultations with free BMI checks, the event encouraged a holistic approach to health and wellness. Interactive sports games, educational activities, and MILO® sampling booths kept the crowd engaged and invigorated throughout the day.

A standout attraction was the return of the MILO® Goodness Truck, offering an immersive 360° experience. Visitors gained insights into how MILO® is made, learned about its sustainability efforts, and reconnected with the brand’s legacy through interactive displays.

With its vibrant atmosphere and meaningful activities, MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day 2025 reaffirmed the brand’s commitment to nourishing Malaysians and energising future generations.
